Registration & Fees

There are many  ways to attend the conference:

Live – Attendees are physically present in one location

Virtual – People attend the event entirely online

Hybrid – Some people attend in person, others online

Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment. In order to receive an invoice on behalf

of a company or organisation you must state this in the registration form. If the bank transfer

is ordered by a natural person, it is not possible an invoice to a company or organisation to

be issued afterwards.

 Live Registration fee will cover:

• Attendance of all sessions
• Book of abstracts
• Welcome reception
• Lunches and coffee breaks,  the venue of the conference
• Conference diner
• City tour

Virtual Registration fee will cover:

• Attendance of all sessions
• Book of abstracts

Note:

Each accepted paper may be subject to a mandatory publication fee up to €100. 

For national students and academic participants: 1 €=10 DHs.
