AuthorsSubmissionsTo submit an abstract you must first create an account on sciencesconf.org (under login menu) if you do not have one already. Then, from “My Space > Submissions”, you can submit an abstract prepared according to the templates provided in the “Call for papers and publication” section. To edit or resubmit an abstract, use the author account created during the initial submission. Author information or resubmission of abstact is possible until the submission deadline.
All registered authors of accepted abstracts for JANO’13 should prepare and upload a pre-recorded video of their presentation. In order for videos to be verified by the technical program committee, we kindly urge you to finalize and upload your video by February 14, 2021. This is a prerequisite for you to be included in the conference programme. Talks will be pre-recorded and submitted as video files to be broadcasted during the conference sessions on February 22-24, 2021. During these sessions, presenting authors are required to be present online after their videos are played in order to answer any eventual questions from conference participants moderated by the respective Session Chairs. INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIDEO RECORDING Videos should contain a prominent view of the presentation slides along with audio of the spoken presentation. Optionally videos may contain a shot of the speaker's head for increased engagement. There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record a presentation. SENDING YOUR VIDEO (DEADLINE: SUNDAY, 14 February 2021) Upload your video to Google drive and send us the video link by Email: jano13khouribga@sciencesconf.org.
